About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and support advanced laboratory and technical research activities
• Supervise technical staff and coordinate day-to-day lab operations
• Plan, execute, and monitor experimental and technical workflows
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
• Ensure adherence to biosafety, quality, and institutional guidelines
• Support research projects, data analysis, and reporting
• Perform other duties assigned by the competent authority
Qualification:
• B.Pharm, Post-graduation in relevant discipline
Age Limit:
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 45 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per organisation norms
