Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify, meet, and build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote the company’s products and services
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product specifications, benefits, and usage
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and conversions from potential and existing customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights, to help shape sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales reports, and daily activity logs
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and network with healthcare professionals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and service
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, allied science, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools
Experience:
• 2–4 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales (preferred)
