Senior Resident

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical care in the respective specialty as per hospital protocols
• Participate in patient management, rounds, and case discussions
• Assist in teaching and mentoring junior staff and medical trainees
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support departmental research and hospital initiatives as required

Qualifications:
• MD / MS / DNB / MDS in relevant specialty
• Registration with the relevant medical council

Experience:
• Fresh candidates meeting the qualification criteria can apply
• Prior clinical experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Skills Required:
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to ethical and professional medical practice
