Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care and medical services as per hospital protocols
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management
• Participate in ward rounds, OPD, emergency duties, and clinical procedures
• Support senior doctors and consultants in patient care activities
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Follow institutional guidelines, SOPs, and ethical standards
• Participate in academic, training, and departmental activities
• Assist in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

Qualification
• MBBS, MDS, DNB, PGDM, or relevant postgraduate medical qualification

• Eligible as per Senior Resident norms
• Relevant clinical or postgraduate training preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of hospital practices and patient care protocols
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards

• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (age relaxation as per government norms)
