Senior Resident

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical services and manage medical care for patients
• Supervise junior residents and medical staff
• Participate in clinical rounds, surgeries, and other medical procedures
• Prepare and maintain medical records and documentation
• Attend academic sessions and contribute to research activities
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure high-quality patient care

Experience
• Prior experience as a Senior Resident is preferred

Skills
• Clinical expertise in the respective specialty
• Patient management and supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with medical staff

Salary
• Minimum salary: Rs. 1,40,545 /- per month

Age Limit
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 44 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per norms
