Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical services and patient care as a Senior Resident in the assigned department.
• Participate in diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of admitted and OPD patients.
• Assist consultants in clinical, academic, and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
• Participate in ward rounds, emergency duties, and on-call rotations as assigned.
• Support teaching and training activities for interns and junior staff.
• Comply with ESIC rules, regulations, and ethical medical practices.
Qualifications
• MBBS with PG Degree / PG Diploma / Post-graduation in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
Experience
• Relevant clinical experience as per ESIC norms for Senior Resident posts.
• Fresh postgraduates may also apply subject to eligibility criteria.
