Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care and treatment to patients as per hospital protocols
• Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management
• Participate in ward rounds, OPD services, and emergency duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines
• Support junior staff and participate in academic and clinical discussions

Qualification
• MBBS
• MD / MS
• DNB
• Post-graduation
• PGDM

Experience
• Relevant clinical experience as per Senior Resident eligibility norms
• Experience in hospital-based patient care preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital and team-based environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Age Limit
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 45 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per organisation norms
