Senior Resident

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide patient care and medical treatment in the respective department (based on specialization)
• Conduct medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients
• Supervise and guide junior residents and medical staff
• Participate in academic and research activities, including lectures, presentations, and clinical teaching
• Attend medical rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings
• Manage emergencies and assist in critical care situations
• Participate in the clinical administration and management of the department

Qualifications
• MBBS, MD/MS, DNB in the respective specialty from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license
