Senior Resident Doctor

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in patients and understand chief complaints through detailed history-taking and clinical examination
• Perform preliminary oral examinations to assess overall oral health status
• Identify immediate and long-term dental needs based on examination findings
• Clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options in a simple and understandable manner
• Propose appropriate treatment plans aligned with clinical findings and patient requirements
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of timely treatment
• Convert walk-in consultations into approved treatment plans while maintaining ethical standards
• Address patient concerns related to treatment procedures and outcomes
• Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic communication
• Ensure a positive patient experience from consultation to treatment acceptance
• Encourage patient retention and referrals through effective engagement
• Coordinate with specialists, clinic managers, and support staff for seamless treatment execution
• Ensure proper case handover once treatment plans are finalized
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, and patient records
• Ensure full compliance with documentation standards and internal protocols

Qualifications:
• BDS or MDS from a recognized institution

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong exposure to patient consultations and treatment planning
• Experience in high walk-in clinics preferred
