Senior Resident Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Provide preventive care and oral hygiene education to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Supervise and mentor dental associates, hygienists, and assistants
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and high standards of care
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Foster a positive work environment and address patient or staff concerns efficiently

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Valid license to practice dentistry in Telangana
• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a practicing dentist
• At least 3+ years of experience preferred for MDS candidates
