Senior Production Assistant

Roles & Responsibility
• Assist in day-to-day production operations as per approved procedures and schedules
• Supervise and support junior production staff during manufacturing activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during production
• Monitor production processes and report deviations or issues to seniors
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and production documentation
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams for smooth operations
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products
• Support equipment cleaning, calibration, and routine maintenance activities

Qualification
• D.Pharm from a recognized institution

Experience
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in GMP-compliant facilities will be an added advantage
