Senior Physiotherapist-Team Development Lead (Complex MSK)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage a musculoskeletal (MSK) caseload including complex and hypermobility presentations.
• Provide structured mentoring and supervision to junior clinicians.
• Contribute to in-house education, weekly teaching, and professional development.
• Help shape clinical standards, systems development, and team culture.
• Deliver longer-format consultations (30–60 minutes) for complex cases.
• Contribute to service development and long-term clinical strategy.

Qualification:
• BPT,Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (mandatory).

Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years MSK physiotherapy experience (8+ years preferred).
• Experience managing complex MSK conditions; hypermobility experience preferred but not essential.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Skills:
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and clinical decision-making.
• Advanced manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Commitment to evidence-guided, patient-centred care.
• Ability to provide neuro-affirming and gender-affirming care.
• Collaborative leadership and mentoring capability.
