Senior Physiotherapist & Rehabilitation Administrator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide specialized physiotherapy care for individuals with spinal cord injuries
• Conduct physical examinations and technical assessments to develop effective rehabilitation plans
• Support patients and families with empathetic care to help rebuild independence and quality of life
• Oversee rehabilitation programs and contribute to administrative responsibilities within the centre
• Utilize evidence-based practices in spinal rehabilitation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Commit to long-term growth with the institution and support its mission

QUALIFICATION:
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT – Orthopedics or Neuro)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Tamil language proficiency required

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in spinal injury rehabilitation

SKILLS:
• Strong physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology knowledge
• Expertise in physical examinations and rehabilitation techniques
• Technical assessment capabilities
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities
