Senior Physiotherapist / Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct home visits to provide personalized physiotherapy sessions and assess individual physical needs
• Deliver structured physiotherapy sessions at assigned centers ensuring safety and accessibility
• Collaborate with community health workers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals
• Record, update, and monitor therapy progress using Goonjan Software and generate periodic reports
• Train community health workers and caregivers in basic physiotherapy techniques
• Conduct awareness programs and workshops on physical health and rehabilitation
• Engage with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies to expand therapy services
• Advocate for disability rights and promote inclusive development
• Maintain detailed session records, assessments, and treatment plans and submit monthly activity reports

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, preferably with community and center-based exposure

SKILLS:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary settings
• Familiarity with data entry and progress tracking software (preferably Goonjan Software)
• Driving skill with a valid driving licence mandatory
