Responsibilities
• Assess patients to identify physical problems and develop treatment programs
• Assist patients with joint and spinal issues, rehabilitation after accidents, injuries, or strokes
• Supervise and instruct physiotherapy assistants and aides
• Maintain patient case notes, reports, and collect treatment statistics
• Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and prevention
• Participate as a professional member of the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team and team meetings
• Ensure physiotherapy treatments follow evidence-based practices
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and liaise with HOD for supplies

Required Qualification
• Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from an approved college or university
• Current license in country of origin and DOH license to practice in the Emirate of Al Ain, UAE
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Medicine
• Excellent command of English; Arabic advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital team environment
• Knowledge of services for aged/disabled patients
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
