Intrinsic Healthcare is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for a full-time or part-time contracting position in Ballarat, Victoria. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in a private practice setting
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions, including exercise prescription, functional retraining, and manual therapy
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required
• Manage a varied caseload including private clients, EPC/Medicare, TAC, WorkCover, NDIS, and DVA clients
• Complete professional clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Support clinic growth and develop the physiotherapy service autonomously

Required Qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current General or Provisional AHPRA registration

Important Requirements
• Australian citizenship
• Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 2–3 years of physiotherapy experience
• Confidence to work independently as the sole physiotherapist in the clinic
