Senior Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including GPs and Occupational Therapists
• Engage family members and caregivers in patient treatment and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation
• Stay updated with latest physiotherapy techniques, tools, and technologies
• Contribute to evidence-based projects aimed at improving quality of care
• Ensure strict compliance with physiotherapy regulations, ethical standards, and clinical protocols

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid Physiotherapy license/registration as per regulatory norms

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Physiotherapist
• Experience in clinical, wellness, or multidisciplinary healthcare settings preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills
• Expertise in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced physiotherapy techniques
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
• Interest in evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
