Senior Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient recovery
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Expertise in pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and post-surgical physiotherapy techniques
• Experience in sports injuries, neuro rehabilitation, and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed patient records and understanding of healthcare compliance standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with a recognized physiotherapy council

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record of managing diverse physiotherapy cases and leading junior staff
