Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the physiotherapy and rehabilitation team
• Oversee sports injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programs
• Handle complex and advanced sports physiotherapy cases
• Perform detailed clinical evaluations and treatment planning
• Supervise junior physiotherapists and therapy staff
• Ensure quality control and adherence to clinical protocols
• Coordinate with orthopaedic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure optimal recovery results
• Guide athletes on injury prevention and performance enhancement
• Maintain high standards of ethical and patient-centred care
• Review clinical documentation and treatment records
• Participate in training, mentoring, and skill development of staff
• Support operational and workflow management within the department
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred
• Recognised physiotherapy qualification in India
Experience
• Minimum 6 years of overall physiotherapy experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sports injury management
• Proven experience in leading and managing physiotherapy teams
• Experience working in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation setups

• Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• In-depth knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
