Senior Physiotherapist
About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and oversee the physiotherapy department across facility-based services
• Assess, plan, and deliver advanced physiotherapy care for geriatric patients
• Manage complex cases including neurological, orthopedic, post-operative, and mobility-related conditions
• Establish and monitor clinical protocols, treatment standards, and best practices
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff
• Allocate cases, manage schedules, and ensure optimal service delivery
• Conduct regular clinical audits, case reviews, and performance evaluations
• Support recruitment and onboarding of physiotherapy staff
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Contribute to service development, program design, and continuous quality improvement
• Support management in reporting, process improvement, and growth initiatives
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Strong experience in geriatric physiotherapy and rehabilitation
SKILLS:
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a clinical team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally for home-care visits if required
