Senior Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage a high-volume musculoskeletal caseload within a GP-integrated medical centre
• Treat patients across Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and private billing streams
• Build and maintain internal referral relationships with 37+ GPs across two sites
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programs within a fully equipped gym facility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Allied Health team including Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Psychologists
• Drive individual billings within a percentage-based remuneration model
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of physiotherapy experience
• Experience managing a busy clinical diary
• Experience in GP-referral or Medicare-driven environments (preferred)
• Exposure to WorkCover, CTP, DVA or EPC caseloads (advantageous)
• Experience in GP-integrated clinics (desirable)
