Senior Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform physical assessments and draft prescription letters for each patient at the allocated center.
• Design tailored treatment protocols (‘per fit’) based on assessments to relieve pain, restore function, increase mobility, and maintain performance.
• Track and evaluate patient progress; reassess and update treatment plans accordingly; collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate records as shared during training.
• Educate patients on at-home exercises and recovery practices.
• Follow all reporting, behavioral, and medical protocols accurately.
• Perform duties according to medical guidelines and industry standards.
• Travel daily as required to support patients or centers.
• Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices through continuing education, seminars, and scholarly articles.
• Conduct and participate in training sessions for your domain.
• Perform multiple organizational tasks successfully.

Qualification:
• BPT / MPT degree recognized by the state government.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and relevant applications.

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred; freshers with exceptional knowledge and skills may also apply.
