Senior Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment procedures, and preventive care
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation experts, and wellness consultants for integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes
• Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to team development
• Develop, review, and implement clinical protocols aligned with evidence-based practices
• Build strong patient relationships through ethical, empathetic, and professional service
• Guide patients on structured treatment packages and encourage long-term recovery plans

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
• Specialization in MPT – MSK or Pediatric preferred
• Registered with OTPT/IAP

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
