Roles and responsibilities:
• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all services
• Supervise physiotherapy staff and maintain high-quality patient care standards
• Oversee scheduling, record-keeping, and basic administrative tasks
• Provide advanced physiotherapy services and clinical guidance
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and organizational protocols
• Support staff development and mentoring within the clinic

Qualification:
• BPT / MPT in Physiotherapy

Experience:
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
• Prior experience in clinic or team management preferred

Skills:
• Strong leadership and patient-handling abilities
• Excellent clinical assessment and physiotherapy intervention skills
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Ability to oversee clinic operations efficiently
