Job Description
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Full-Time Senior Occupational Therapist based in Port Macquarie & Mid North Coast NSW (Hybrid). The role involves managing a diverse caseload (predominantly 0–18 years), delivering specialist Occupational Therapy services, supporting assistive technology and seating needs, and collaborating with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals in a well-resourced regional clinic.

Responsibilities
• Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for clients with cerebral palsy and similar conditions
• Manage a diverse caseload including early intervention and complex disability
• Support seating, assistive technology, high-tech AAC, and environmental access needs
• Deliver therapy in clinic (approx. 70%) and community settings
• Participate in regional outreach services across Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Taree, Forster, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (SP, OT, PT, EP)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Contribute to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development

Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration

Educational Requirement
• Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid driver’s licence
• Own or access to a vehicle
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
• Compliance with NDIS Worker Code of Conduct
