Senior Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct detailed client assessments, understanding symptoms, history, and goals
• Develop and implement customized, results-driven treatment plans
• Apply the Synchrony / Fascia Dynamics framework for advanced client care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress records
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Integrate modern tools and technology to enhance client engagement
• Follow clinic protocols and support process efficiency
• Participate in business development and community initiatives
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director for feedback, training, and growth planning
• Commit to continuous learning and professional development

QUALIFICATION:
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Specialization in Orthopedics or Sports preferred)
• Certification or interest in manual therapy, chiropractic techniques, or exercise therapy
• Willingness to get certified in Vestibular or Scoliosis rehabilitation

EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ year preferred (Freshers may apply)

• Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend, and rotational shifts
