Senior Medical Information Writer

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive literature searches and critically review scientific publications
• Extract, analyze, and summarize complex clinical and scientific data
• Develop and maintain scientific response documents for assigned therapeutic areas
• Adapt global response documents for specific countries/regions
• Prepare responses to escalated medical information inquiries
• Contribute to US NDA Annual Reports and US compendia reviews
• Participate in peer review of medical content and review peer-created documents
• Collaborate with Global Medical Information (GMI), Medical, and Pharmacovigilance teams
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure fair-balanced, evidence-based content
• Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise
• Assist in medical writing needs analysis and content planning
• Work with vendors and regional stakeholders to deliver quality outputs
• Implement improvements based on end-customer and stakeholder feedback

Qualification:
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / related discipline
• OR Medical degree / PharmD / Ph.D / Master’s in Science / MBA (or equivalent)

Experience:
• More than 5 years of experience in medical writing within pharmaceuticals/healthcare or clinical settings
• Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in Medical Information within a pharmaceutical company

Skills:
• Strong medical writing and scientific editing skills
• Expertise in literature evaluation and multilevel response development
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for medical information
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong time management, risk management, and operational excellence skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
