Job Description
APDM Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced professionals with 7 to 12 years of pharmaceutical production experience to lead plant manufacturing operations. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end production planning, manpower management, compliance adherence, equipment utilization, and cross-functional coordination.
This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations as per production schedule
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage production teams across shifts
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR)
• Drive productivity improvement and reduce operational downtime
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance planning
• Handle deviations, investigations, and CAPA implementation

• Collaborate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Planning departments
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies

• Prepare production performance reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
• 7 to 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing teams
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Experience handling audits and compliance inspections
• Exposure to production planning and resource management
Educational Requirements
• B.Pharm – Mandatory
• M.Pharm – Preferred
• Additional certification in production management or GMP (advantageous)
Experience and Skills
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (OSD/Injectables preferred)
• Expertise in deviation handling and root cause analysis
• Process optimization and cost control mindset
