Senior Fitness Coach (Group Training & Client Consultations)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct live online group workout sessions
• Demonstrate and correct exercise form and posture during sessions
• Modify exercises for clients with knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder injuries, and mobility limitations
• Design structured and progressive workout programs
• Record exercise and workout videos for clients
• Answer client queries related to exercises professionally
• Collaborate with the nutrition team to deliver optimal results
• Take scheduled consultation and sales calls with pre-qualified leads
• Explain program structure, expectations, and training approach clearly
• Convert suitable leads into enrolled clients

Qualification:
• At least one internationally recognized certification such as ISSA, ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer
• Experience in group training, online coaching, injury-aware training, and client consultations

Skills:
• Strong understanding of exercise biomechanics and injury prevention
• Expertise in form correction and structured programming
• Excellent spoken and written English for international client communication
• Strong client handling and sales communication skills
• Ability to work with consistency, discipline, and accountability in a full-time role
