About the Role

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments (blood tests, ultrasounds, semen analysis)
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans (IUI, IVF, ICSI, surgeries)
• Perform IVF procedures (egg retrieval, embryo transfer, PGD)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Provide counseling on treatment options and risks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their training
• Maintain patient records and stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine


Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Fellowship or super-specialization in IVF, Infertility, or Reproductive Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice as a Gynecologist and Infertility Specialist


Experience

• 5+ years in patient care, diagnostics, and fertility procedures

• Strong clinical and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and counseling abilities
• Leadership and mentoring skills
