About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide an advanced level of general dental practitioner services to eligible clients
• Lead and coordinate oral health services
• Mentor and teach junior staff and team members
• Support high-quality patient care within a public health setting
• Contribute to service development and clinical leadership
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification recognized in Australia
• Registration with the appropriate dental regulatory authority
Experience:
• Advanced clinical experience in general dentistry
• Leadership, mentoring, and teaching experience preferred
Skills:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment
