Roles & Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions with high clinical accuracy
• Perform advanced procedures including RCTs, crowns, bridges, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry
• Mentor and guide junior dentists to ensure clinical excellence
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Contribute to clinic growth through ethical practice and patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
• BDS / MDS from a recognized institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• Proven expertise in general and advanced dental procedures
