My Dental Lab is seeking skilled Senior Dental Technicians for their South Perth facility. The lab is expanding and offers positions for Ceramists and Digital Designers. The role involves producing high-quality dental restorations, training and supervising junior staff, managing quality control, and working with state-of-the-art equipment and materials. This is an on-site, full-time role within a modern, high-performance laboratory.

Responsibilities

Ceramist:
• Apply advanced layering and monolithic techniques for dental restorations
• Ensure precise aesthetics and functionality of all prosthetics
• Utilize premium materials such as Creations, Ivoclar, MIYO
• Operate multiple furnaces and Leica microscope-equipped stations

Digital Designer:
• Execute facially driven designs and full DSD workflows
• Use Exocad and/or 3Shape software for digital dental design
• Perform full-arch implant designs and utilize iMetric scanning (preferred)
• Oversee digital design stations and 3D printing operations (4x Asiga printers)

Shared Responsibilities:
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Mentor and supervise junior technicians, providing guidance and feedback

Required Qualification
