Senior Dental Doctor

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat complex oral health conditions
• Perform advanced dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
• Oversee and supervise clinical staff and junior dentists
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and sterilization protocols
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Mentor junior dentists and support professional development
• Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and clinical advancements

Qualification:
• BDS / DDS / DMD from a recognized dental school
• Valid dental license to practice
• Advanced certifications in implantology or other specialties preferred

Experience:
• Significant clinical experience in advanced dental procedures
• Experience in implant dentistry preferred

Skills:
• Expertise in diagnosis and complex treatment planning
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in advanced dental equipment and technologies
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
