Senior Consultant-Implantologist and Prosthodontist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced implant procedures including immediate implants, full-mouth rehabilitations, and sinus lifts
• Manage temporary and final prostheses ensuring optimal fit, aesthetics, and patient comfort
• Conduct minor oral surgeries such as extractions, impactions, cyst enucleation, and biopsies
• Lead patient consultations, diagnose cases, and develop treatment plans with diagnostic teams
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care with consistent follow-ups
• Support virtual consultations and case reviews for implant treatments
• Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring protocol adherence and equipment readiness
• Coordinate with dental assistants, receptionists, and housekeeping staff for seamless workflow
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in CRM systems
• Monitor staff attendance and performance in coordination with HR tools
• Travel to other clinics within the city for procedures, consultations, and reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize clinical protocols
• Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance clinic visibility and patient footfall

Qualification:
• MDS in Prosthodontics – mandatory

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of implantology experience
• Experience placing 300+ implants, 30+ full-mouth cases, and 30+ sinus lifts preferred
