Senior Clinical Research Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, and monitor clinical research studies according to regulatory and institutional guidelines
• Coordinate with investigators, study teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth study execution
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical trial activities and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols
• Support data collection, quality checks, and regulatory submissions
• Assist in training and mentoring junior research staff
• Contribute to service improvement and operational planning for research projects

Skills Required
• Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple studies and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality data management
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary research teams

Qualifications
• M. Pharm, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or B.E./B. Tech
• Relevant certifications or experience in clinical research is preferred

Experience After Qualification
• Prior experience in clinical research coordination or monitoring preferred
