Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities
• Act as Lead Data Management (DM) contact for assigned complex clinical studies
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders for data-related activities
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely clinical data meeting customer expectations
• Participate in study kick-off meetings, internal audits, and sponsor audits
• Monitor data collection quality and identify site-related issues; report status to DM Team Leaders
• Coordinate with Clinical Data Management teams on project timelines and regular status updates
• Ensure all Data Clarification Forms (DCFs) are resolved and data is fully cleaned at study close
• Manage final data transfer to sponsors as per agreed specifications
• Ensure proper completion, archival, and documentation of study data and files
• Mentor junior team members and support completion of mandatory trainings
• Assist in implementation of new technologies, tools, and database revisions

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or related field
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and Clinical Data Management experience may be considered

Experience
• Proven experience in Clinical Data Management with exposure to complex studies
• Prior experience in a lead or senior data coordination role preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems proactively
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of clinical applications, macros, or programming is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, managers, and clients
