Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform clinical data review, query management, and discrepancy resolution
• Support DMP development, data review guidelines, and database setup/lock
• Execute reconciliations, listings, and data quality checks
• Maintain data management documentation and eTMF records
• Generate study status reports and support project meetings
• Train junior team members and act as backup to the CDM
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, IT, or related field
Experience
• 3-4 years in clinical research
• Clinical Data Management experience preferred
• Experience in global, cross-functional teams
Skills
• Strong knowledge of CDM processes, GCP, and medical terminology
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
