Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform data stewardship for monthly/quarterly Master Data Management processes
• Maintain pharma data and business rules based on market, dataset, and client requirements
• Deliver error-free periodic reports to internal and client stakeholders
• Conduct rapid ad-hoc analyses to support senior management decisions
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense
• Identify data quality issues, gaps, or biases and assess their reporting impact
• Build strong client communication and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Share ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Lead or support team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related pharma/life sciences discipline
Experience
• 2-4 years of experience working with pharma datasets and therapy areas
• Prior exposure to datasets such as IQVIA MIDAS, Prescription Data, Channel Dynamics, Evaluate Pharma preferred
Skills
• Strong pharma data analysis and visualization expertise
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python/R is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and client-focused mindset
