Senior Administrator (Physiotherapy Clinic)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person, via phone, and email.
• Manage daily operational requirements of a busy physiotherapy clinic.
• Support clinicians and patients with scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Convert phone enquiries into bookings and follow up on opportunities.
• Liaise with patients, third-party organisations, clinicians, and executive leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure discretion at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and clinic areas.
• Assist Business Management while focusing on senior administrative responsibilities.

Qualification:
• Relevant administration experience (allied health setting highly advantageous).
• Proficiency in practice management systems .

Experience:
• Proven allied health administration experience highly desirable.
• Strong customer service experience across in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Experience working in a busy healthcare or clinic environment preferred.

Skills:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally.
