About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
• Communicate scientific, clinical, and product-related information effectively
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand territory coverage
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers
• Execute brand strategies and promotional activities in the assigned territory
• Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback
• Ensure ethical promotion practices as per company and industry guidelines
Qualification
• B.Sc (Biology) or B.Pharm
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 6 months to 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapy areas
