Sales Specialist - Pharmaceutical Equipment

Roles & Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers across Egypt
• Conduct technical needs analysis for solid, semi-solid, and sterile manufacturing units
• Present customized pharmaceutical equipment and machinery solutions based on client requirements
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to engineers, production managers, and key decision-makers
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit regular activity and performance reports

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales of machinery, equipment, or capital goods
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies is highly preferred
• Prior work experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is an added advantage

Skills
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solid, Semi-Solid, Sterile)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Strong planning, reporting, and pipeline management skills

Additional Requirements
• Established network within pharmaceutical companies in Egypt preferred
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for client visits
