Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of total experience
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
• 2–3 years of experience in project management roles
• Experience in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
• Exposure to automation or AI-based projects is an added advantage
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred but not mandatory
