About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead commercial engagement and territory growth within assigned geography
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams, and institutional stakeholders
• Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with broader commercial objectives
• Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to deliver clear, evidence-based clinical discussions
• Share scientific information responsibly while maintaining ethical promotional standards
• Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor feedback to refine local strategies
• Track sales performance, territory metrics, and growth indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure effective execution
• Maintain accurate call reporting and documentation of all field activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulatory guidelines
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, or Medical background preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and mobile reporting tools
Experience
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in pharmaceutical sales, field roles, or account management
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical field roles preferred
• Experience organizing professional meetings or educational programs is an advantage
Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
• Ability to interpret and communicate clinical/scientific information effectively
• Strong territory planning and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards
