Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage customers with a warm welcome, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed according to brand standards
• Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves, ensuring popular items are readily available for customers
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales data and analyze customer buying trends for effective merchandising
• Share product knowledge confidently, educating customers on features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries swiftly, turning potential issues into positive experiences to foster loyalty
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques

Qualification
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or retail management
