Retail Pharmacy Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist customers with product queries and provide excellent customer service
• Replenish stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Process sales transactions accurately through POS system
• Set up promotional displays and catalogue campaigns
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized shelves
• Support dispensary and front-of-store operations as required
• Contribute positively to team performance in a fast-paced environment

Qualification
• Minimum secondary education
• S2 & S3 training highly regarded
• Certificate I–III in Community Pharmacy preferred

Experience
• Retail or pharmacy experience advantageous
• Experience handling POS systems preferred
