Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilites
• Conduct OPD consultations and prescribe treatment
• Coordinate and review pre-operative investigations to ensure surgical readiness
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as ECG, X-Ray, TMT, and Pap Smear
• Monitor and manage post-operative recovery and document clinical outcomes
• Perform procedures like catheterization, feeding tube placement, and blood transfusions
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation including case notes, assessments, and discharge summaries
• Support obstetrics care including normal deliveries and post-operative Cesarean monitoring
• Perform minor OT procedures such as suturing and wound care
• Coordinate with nursing and front-desk teams to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care
• Ensure implementation of clinic hygiene and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with local medical authorities for hospital welfare and attend meetings if required
Qualification
• MBBS graduate from a recognized medical institution
• Valid registration with Uttar Pradesh Medical Council
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 1 year experience as a Physician (Preferred)
• Prior experience as an RMO or hospital intern preferred (Freshers with strong clinical training may apply)
