Responsibilities
• Perform or assist with patient cannulation
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care in medical imaging
• Provide medical treatment and support during emergencies, including contrast reactions or adverse events
• Collaborate with radiologists, imaging staff, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor and review patient progress and refer patients for additional care as needed
• Accurately document clinical care, procedures, and patient communications
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and accreditation activities

Required Qualification
• Bachelor of Medicine (plus one-year internship)
• Registration with the Medical Board of Australia

Educational Requirement

Important Requirements
• Up-to-date Basic Life Support certificate including anaphylaxis management
• Strong clinical judgement and procedural skills (particularly IV cannulation and emergency response)
• Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Current driver’s license for travel between sites, if applicable
• Compliance with relevant legislation, common law, and workplace standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, with flexibility for occasional weekends
