Resident Doctor

Role & Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in patients and conduct detailed history-taking and clinical examinations
• Perform preliminary oral examinations to assess overall dental health
• Identify immediate and long-term dental treatment needs
• Explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly in a patient-friendly manner
• Propose ethical, clinically appropriate treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and timely treatment importance
• Convert consultations into approved treatment plans while maintaining ethical standards
• Address patient concerns related to procedures, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with dental specialists and clinic teams for smooth treatment execution
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term patient relationships
• Ensure positive patient experience from consultation to treatment acceptance
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, and patient records
• Ensure full compliance with documentation standards and internal protocols

Qualification
• BDS or MDS

Experience
• Relevant clinical experience in patient consultation and treatment planning
• Experience in high walk-in dental clinics preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic understanding
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to ethically convert consultations into treatment plans
• Patient-centric and empathetic approach
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills
