Resident Doctor BDS

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Examine patients, record detailed case histories, and diagnose dental conditions
• Perform routine dental procedures including scaling, fillings, extractions, and RCT assistance
• Handle dental emergencies and manage patient pain effectively
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Assist senior doctors in advanced procedures and refer cases to specialists when required
• Collaborate with dental assistants, reception, and lab technicians for smooth clinic operations
• Participate in case discussions, CMEs, workshops, and internal training sessions
• Support dental camps, awareness programs, and patient education initiatives (as per clinic policy)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution

SKILLS:
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques and materials
